Our Clinical Applications Specialists, as members of a Customer Care team, work closely with Territory Representatives and Product Specialists to support the clinical needs of customers. Equipped with extensive training and product knowledge, they provide high quality clinical support and product training to end users, for new or existing installations. Assistance with clinical problems or in device integrity testing may be rendered either onsite or remotely via telephone.
